La casa y sus alrededores ademas de tener vista al mar y estar a pasos de la misma, esta rodeada de areas verdes lo que lo hace mas agradable.

La casa en si es de moderna construccion y buenos acabados. es amplia, muy comoda, amplio estacionamiento y sobre todo muy segura por estar dentro de un club de playa.

This Gated Beach Club has an olympic pool/ kids entertainment/ sauna/ gym/ sports fields ( soccer/ tennis/ volley, etc) minigolf, within others.
You can take nice ride with horses too in the beach with PERUVIAN PASO HORSE
