House has a solid foundation with columns interconnected with beams, all made out of
concrete with four 3/8 rods inside each column or beam. They are all interconnected
underneath the house. All 12 columns end in 12 footings 5ft x 5ft x 5ft made of concrete with
rocks.
In the extreme case that a huge Noa`s type flood ever goes over the second floor of the house,
when it recedes the house will still be there!

The house is sold completely furnished and that is all included in the price

🚿 WATER.
House has water/ sewage. Water bill is about $2 per month, because it is subsidized by the

The electricity is by solar power so you do not have an electric bill.

Only Titled properties can be insured in Panama. ROP (right of possession) properties do not
qualify for house insurance.
Our titled beach house already has structural, wind and flood House Insurance. House
Insurance in Panama is optional and not required by the state. Cost is under $200 per year.

It is located on the pacific coast of Panama in the province of Veraguas. Situated at the foot of
jungle clad, mountains and at the head of a protected deep water bay and lined with golden
sand beaches.
The property provides the easiest and closest access by far to the crown jewel of Panama`s
national parks system, the Coiba National Park World, UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The property can be accessed via road from The Panama International airport in 5 hours or
from Santiago, Veraguas in 2.5 hours.
From David, Chiriqui in 3.5 hours.

FRUITS - VEGETABLES
There are shops in Pixvae at walking distance from the house-
Pick-up trucks visit the town and sell veggies and fruits 2 times a week or more
Also, there are several supermarkets and flea markets in Sona (pop 50.000) that is 35 km away.
