interior sea (binnenzee), Lake Gatun is about 40x20 km in size. It has

many islands, which makes the endless waterviews breathtaking.

This exclusive community is only 60km from Panama City, 1 hour drive.

Lake Gatun is the lake, or better said the interior sea that is part of the

Panama Canal waters. It stretches from the Caribbean to almost the

Pacific Ocean.

This immense lake is important to the Panama Canal and therefore large

developments or subdivisions are not allowed. The majority of the land

around the lake are large farms, woods or park. For that reason it is

almost impossible to find affordable waterfront estates. (landgoed met

The Gatun lake is severely protected by the Panama Canal Authority. No

large scale developments and subdivisions will be allowed. Therefore

developers stay away from this area.

However through an opening in the law we are able to do a small scale

subdivision for you in 2 years. We can subdivide your ranch into a

maximum of 5 ranches of almost 1 hectare (2 acres) each!

Something that can not be found and is very desirable because of it`s

size and affordability. After this small scale subdivision you can sell

these smaller estates for a much higher square meter price. There is NO

competition.

We only have 6 waterfront ranches and 6 waterview ranches.
