. I own a beautiful ocean front home right on the sand in a small town called Pochomil in Nicaragua about 1 1/2 hrs. from the capita Managua.

My house was built by an American builder about 6 years ago and I have a letter from the builder stating I paid him $350,000 for the building of the house.

The house sleeps 10 people, has 6 full bathrooms, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, It has its own internet tower, a 9 ft. privacy wall, water and electric backup systems. It is extremely unique and well built. Made for outdoor living because of the perfect weather all year long. By the way, if you like fresh seafood you can walk up the beach a few minutes and meet the fishing boats in the morning as they return with the daily catch. Delicious and inexpensive!

I rent it out on occasions and the rent just about pays for the yearly expenses and my yearly taxes are around $400.00
