The town/city is growing extremely quickly, and there has been a lot of development over the last 5 years due to Nacala Port being one of the worlds deepest natural ports, and there is going to be much more development over the next 5-10 years. There is a new airport open for domestic flights, and will be opening up later this year for international flights. This is 5 mins away from the lodge.

We have direct access to a beautiful white sandy beach with excellent snorkelling and diving right there due to a small unofficial marine reserve which has been cultivated for approximately 9-10 years.

The business assets include:
- 3 large, new modern, air-conditioned units which can sleep up to 4 people per chalet.
- 1 thatched cottage which sleeps 2 but could sleep a maximum of 4.
- 1 cottage which sleeps 2 pax max with AC.

This is a great business opportunity for someone wanting to take over a going concern as we have an established client base from the last 6 years and good reputation, with a lot of return guests. We were able to re-invest the earnings from the company from the 1st 2 1/2 years to build the 3 new units, and a 2 bedroom cottage mentioned above, and we have up graded the kitchen plus doing further upgrades to the other rooms on the property as I outlined above also, which is testament to how successful the business is, as we have not had to bring in further outside investment.

Our water is from a bore hole, and is drinkable, and we have a 30KVA 3 phase generator set up in the event of the power going out.
