Our stand alone villas for private ownership through sectional title (known as Propriedade Horizontal in Mozambique) are located amongst three distinct villages, designed to appeal to the personal preferences of holiday home buyers.

Villa Praia is our beach village and as such can be referred to as the `happening village`, given its close proximity to all the resorts major facilities. The positioning of our villas allows you to literally step onto the white sand beach that fringes the lagoon.
Villa Floresta is ideal for the nature lover, thanks to its setting amongst riverside trees. These villas will be located along the river bank.
For those who want to be away from it all and benefit from a panoramic view of the resort and lagoon, with a distant view of the Indian Ocean thrown in for good measure, we have a limited number of villas that will be constructed on a hillside in the appropriately named Villa Estrell (Village of the Stars).

These Villas are built to order, the pictures you see are of our show house. All properties will be built to exactly the same standard, with excellent finishes throughout. Regardless as to which village you select, your villa is well constructed with bricks and mortar to withstand the long term rigours of the tropical climate. You have a choice of either three or four bedrooms within the generous 180sqm space occupied by the villa. Each villa incorporates the following amenities as standard:

- Fully fitted kitchen (stove, hob & extractor fan is included)
- Lounge and dining area
- DStv connection points in the lounge and main bedroom
- Insect screens on all windows and sliding doors
- A dedicated servant`s room, with own toilet: can be used as a store room if not
utilised as a servant`s room
- A veranda area with both partially covered and open segments
- A built in braai within the veranda area
- A swimming pool (3 x 2.4m) within the veranda area
- Vehicles: Exclusive access to 2 allocated car ports (with covered roof in the closest parking
area)

We have built storage for boats, Jet Skis, quad bikes or any other equipment you would like to us in and around the Lagoon. The storage facilities will be charged at a monthly rate, this charge could be covered when entering your property into our rental pool (read below).

We emphasise that the purchase of one of our villas is your personal investment in the Mozambican property market. Upon completion of the ownership transfer process, you will have your very own Title Deed for the villa. We have worked closely with the Maputo office of the global business consultancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers to ensure that every aspect of our holiday villa ownership option complies fully with all Mozambican governmental and legal requirements.
