To ensure a rapport between owner and guests, there is one small house (for the owner or manager), seven chalets and a small campsite, although the site has sufficient space for future extensions - totalling 5 hectares (12 acre).
Each chalet is built from brick with a thatched roof and has a small veranda, bedroom, shower, and toilet and wash basin.
The chalets do not have kitchens but there is an onsite restaurant with seating for 50 people and the resident chef also prepare food brought in by lodgers and even campers. There is also a pub.
The camp site consists of seven demarcated camping spots and has a communal ablution block with toilets, showers and hot water as well as washing facilities.
There is no electricity on site but the power is provided by generator whilst the water source is filtered river water.
The lodge is 50 metres from the sea where the guests enjoy a beautiful part of the spectacular 2 500 km Mozambique coastline, warm turquoise waters and soft white powdery sand with boat launching access attracting visitors from far and wide to this holiday paradise.
A 99 year lease is available on the property.
The lodge is sold lock, stock and barrel.
