Villa in Mirleft, Sidi Ifni Morocco
While Marrakech is often called Morocco`s gold, Mirleft is called the country`s diamond.

Locals say that the villa coming for sale has the best location in Mirleft. Here there is no mass tourism, but a place of tranquility, surfing. From the airport in Agadir it takes 1h and 45min to drive. A new road is being created which means that driving time will be significantly reduced.

One of the regions most beautiful roads runs south of Aglou Plage, offering wonderful views of the ocean, rugged hills and occasional empty coves. Then comes Mirleft, with a magic surf scene and beckoning cafes under the arches on its main street.

Historically popular with artists, musicians and overlanders recovering from Saharan crossings, this cosmopolitan little spot is developing as fans of water- and windsports discover this area. The climate is gentle, the air clear, the views magnificent �` and the exciting tourism development har largely been work of individuals, rather that corporations or chains.

Mirleft is a small Berbertown where ocean meets the mountains, where humbleness meets enchantment and where time cease to exist. Visiting Mirleft 25 years ago or visiting Morocco today will evoke the same untouchable feelings. It’s a place that has been left untouched by time and a wonderful place to get away from it all.

The town is very laid back. Many French and Germans came to visit in the late 80’s and chose to call it home by investing in hotels, restaurants and guest houses.

The villa is located on a cliff with a view straight down to the beach and if you turn the other way you will see the village, mountains and a vegetative little valley. Every morning you can swim in the infinitive pool and watch the sunrise at the same time.

Half an hour south of Mirleft, benefiting from all year round agreeable weather, Sidi Ifni is the perfect getaway for all bohemian lovers. A Berber town full of history and modesty.

Sidi Ifni was the last city surrendered by the Spanish colonisation in 1969. The impact of it all is very fresh and can be felt the moment you enter the city. You sens it from the locals who will greet you with a hola! instead of bonjour. You will hear the Spanish music in every corner. Cafes full of electrified young men watching the Spanish football league.
