Entrance to the restaurant is a solid wooden door - an exact copy of the age-old castle door.

2 separate rooms, which are designed in Oriental style, these rooms contain 8-10 persons.

Restaurant`s interior `Moncastro` made in medieval French style - magnificent vaulted ceiling, lined with stone walls, wrought chandeliers and items of decor, thick luxurious fabrics, curtained windows, solid wooden furniture, upholstered in brocade - a heavy silk fabric with woven pattern, a large fireplace. The restaurant`s interior is amazing with the luxury.

Inside the castle is also a small caf�, working twenty-four-hour. Cafe regularly brings a stable income as it is located just near the highway - one of the main transport arteries of the republic.
Remaining floors of the castle, including the attic floor, are planned as a hotel with 13 rooms, luxurious and lofty-styled. There is ready-made design-project for implementation of this idea.

2. Hotel - two-stored wooden building (+ attic) with annexe from stone - 352.5 sq.m. One wing of the hotel is kitchen, which is located on the first floor - 150.8 sq.m.

First floor is a celebration hall for 200 seats (with dancing) or 250 (without dancing). Built from the log, in the spirit of Russian folk tales, the building is a two-storied palace-tower, topped by a weathervane in the form of an owl. Cozy natural wood and Scandinavian-styled interior creates an unusually comfortable atmosphere. Wooden walls banquet hall are decorated with handmade woven tapestries.

Second floor is a mini-hotel.

Territory, which is situated in front of the restaurant, is the multipurpose recreation area fortable benches and swings, neatly tiled paths, lawns with green grass, artificial waterfall and a pond create a complete harmony of unity with the nature. The recreation area is surrounded by dense and shady old Moldavian forest - Kodry.

3. Two capital closed cabins for 10 person each - 14.8 sq.m and 15.2 sq.m and one large opened cabin for 36 person (this big cabin can be separated by a barrier, transforming into four connected pavilions) - 39.4 sq.m.
Walls are decorated with wooden arbors and decorative panels.

4. Two stone houses for VIP feasts - 34.3 square meters. Buildings are faced with a decorative stone, inside there is a wooden floor, solid wooden furniture. In these spaces can hold a feast at any time of year and in any weather, because they are private houses with a tiled roof with windows, doors and solid walls.

5. Lodge Honeymoon / conference room / mini-hotel (depending on season) � two-stored house - 72.5 sq.m. This building is lined with decorative face-stone, the roof is covered with natural tile. You can see through the windows spectacular panoramic view of wooded hills.

6. Terrace, consisting of an ensemble of open summer pavilions. The terrace built in the form of the labyrinth and is located slightly below ground level, allowing air to stay cool even in the hottest summer days. Terrace consists of three cabins for 6-8 persons and a large gazebo for 36 seats. Adjacent to the pavilion, there is a little summery scene under a canopy for the live music A nice complement to the terrace is a small artificial pond with wild blooming lilies and goldfishes. Pond is the basis of a small waterfall, which is faced by authentic stone.

7. Building of the administrative appointment (office with all the infrastructure) - 36.6 sq.m. One-stored house, lined with natural stone and covered with natural tile.

Trails and floors in the open area of the complex are made of paving slabs. Infrastructural objects are autonomous and work well. To ensure uninterrupted electricity to the complex, there is a generator. The complex is equipped with two spacious parking, located on both sides of the territory.
