Casa Lazuli is an exclusive, upscale home located in Punta el Custodio, which is a secure, gated complex
of 14 private homes set above a protected, pristine stretch of beach, 75 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta
International Airport and 30 miles south of San Blas, near Platanitos.

Strategically perched on a south facing cliff overlooking an estuary, Playa Tortugas (Turtle Beach), and
seemingly endless miles of shoreline reaching south to Punta de Mita. At low tide the beach and estuary
connect to a 12 mile stretch of virgin beach. This is what we refer to as a Million Dollar View!

Casa Lazuli is an architecturally unique home, designed and decorated in the traditional style and colors
of Classic Mexico featuring artistic furnishings from Tlaquepaque.

In total, there are Four luxuriously appointed spacious bedrooms with full bathrooms. Each of the
bedrooms has Air Conditioning.

Two of the bedrooms are located in a 2 bedroom casita located behind the main house, one with queen
size bed, the other with two queen size beds and each with its own 3 piece bath.

In the main house there is an upstairs walkway leading to a master bedroom with a balcony overlooking
the main deck, pool, ocean and beach, with a private ensuite featuring an outdoor shower. A second
sumptuous master bedroom Suite on the main floor also offers unparalleled panoramic ocean views. This
retreat has an adjoining sitting area with a queen size daybed.

The well-designed property features an immense outdoor terrace, infinity pool, bar and several
comfortable lounge areas, all with dramatic ocean views accompanied by the soothing and melodic
sound of waves crashing to shore below. The compound’s large common area and pool, with a 180-
degree view of the point, is just steps from the back door. Enjoy a margarita and watch the most
magnificent sunsets under the ancient, 400-year-old chalata tree. A magical experience.

Local activities include horseback riding, hiking, bird watching, jungle cruises, deep sea fishing, surfing,
boogie boarding, whale watching and visits to a crocodile refuge.

December 19th to January 2nd �` 7 night minimum �` $97,000.00 pesos

April 4th to April 18th �` 7 night minimum �` $87,000.00 pesos

October 1st to April 3rd �` 3 night minimum �` $9000.00 pesos per night.

All rates are subject to 16% tax.
