The second floor includes café premises (120 sqm) with all the necessary equipment (bar, furniture, etc.) and an antique hearth build from the hand-made white tiles. The terrace with a spectacular view of the surrounding area within one kilometer is situated on the roof, where a café is operating during the warm season of the year. All storeys are equipped with a lift suitable for the disabled people (can be used for the transportation of goods as well).
The other two-storey building (200 sqm) includes baths with an inner pool, sleeping premises (7 sleeping rooms), three sanitaries and two hearths.
The lot includes six leisure houses accommodating four people each and including electricity, lavatories and showers. A separate party hall (40 sqm), outdoor baths and a tub are located near the houses.
A tent pavilion (250 sqm) suitable for summer events (weddings, birthday parties, company celebrations) is in the southern part of the lot. An asphalted basketball ground and football goals are situated nearby.
The lot includes local water treatment facilities and water bore with filters.

Vom Hof aus sieht man Kurisches Haff, westlichen Teil von Juodkrante (Schwarzort) und Tote Dünen.

Die Tourismusanlage liegt auf dem Grundstück, das 2 ha beträgt. Hier gibt es zwei Gebäude. Das erste Gebäude hat drei Stockwerke (600 m2). Im Haus gibt es einen Keller mit authentischer Gewölbedecke. Im Erdgeschoss sind Küche, Büro- und Lagerräume sowie Duschen und WC. Im ersten Geschoss gibt es einen Konferenzsaal (60 m2) mit Minibar, zwei Schlafzimmer, WC und Dusche. Im zweiten Geschoss sind die Räume des Cafés (120 m2) mit allen erforderlichen Einrichtungen (vollständig komplettierte Bar, Möbel). Im zweiten Geschoss ist ein altertümlicher baltischer Kamin aus Kacheln (Handarbeit). Auf dem Dach gibt es eine Überblickterrasse, von der Terrasse kann man die schöne Landschaft im Radius von mehreren Kilometer beobachten. In der Sommerzeit ist hier ein Terrassen Café geöffnet. Im Gebäude funktionieren ein Aufzug für Behinderte und ein Aufzug für Waren sowie sonstige Ladung.
Im anderen einstöckigen Gebäude (200 m2) gibt es eine Sauna mit einem Schwimmbad innen sowie Schlafräumen (7 Schlafzimmer). Im Haus sind drei WC und zwei Kamine.
Auf dem Grundstück gibt es 6 Aufenthaltshäuser, je ein Haus für vier Personen mit Strom, WC und Dusche. Hier gibt es ein gesonderter Festsaal (40 m2). In der Nähe draußen stehen Sauna und Bottich (Badewanne).
Auf dem südlichen Teil des Grundstücks steht Tent-Zelt (250 m2), das für die Sommerfeste geeignet ist (Hochzeit, Geburtstag, Firmenfeste). Daneben ist ein Basketballplatz (Asphalt) und Fußballtor.
Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eigene Kläranlage, Wasserbohrung mit Filtern.
Durch die Fenster des Gebäudes sieht man die von UNESCO geschützten Gebiete.

На первом этаже – кухня, административные и складские помещения. Там также расположены души и туалет. Второй этаж включает конференц-зал (60 кв. м) с минибаром, две спальные комнаты, туалеты и душ. На третьем этаже расположены помещения под кафе (120 кв. м) со всем необходимым оснащением (полностью укомплектованный бар, мебель для кафе).
