ABOUT THE VILLA

The huge tropical garden Villa Luxury Boutique Resort can host more than 1000 guests what makes
it an ideal place for weddings and celebrations or even concerts or big events.

The entire premises of the Villa are beautifully illuminated during the night and are under 24 hour-
surveillance.

Standard Room

The Villa Luxury Boutique Resort offers four Standard Rooms, each room equipped with a Queen
Size double bed, covered with a full mosquito net, electric ceiling fan, super silent air condition,
wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with hot shower and toilet, bedside tables, and dressing table with
mirror. Two rooms are located in the 1st floor of the Main Villa and two rooms are located in the
side wings of the Main Villa. Additional extra beds or a baby cod are also available on request.

Suite 1st floor Main Villa

The Suite is located in in the first floor of the Main Villa and has one Queen Size double bed and
one single bed, all covered with a full size mosquito net. In the center of the Suite is a sitting area,
facing the spacious terrace with a dining area and lounge. The suite is equipped with an en-suite
bathroom with hot shower and toilet, super silent air condition, refrigerator and wardrobe. On the
terrace, with a breathtaking view over the tropical garden, you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and
dinner or watch the sunset, while having a cold drink. For our guests we are offering a free room
service.

De Lux Suite Main Villa

The De Lux Suite in the Main Villa is the non plus ultra. The spacious living room offers two sitting
areas, a TV and Sound system, as well as a small library. The sliding doors to the terrace with the
dining table, when open, are giving you the feeling of sitting outside. The spacious terrace is facing
the swimming pool and tropical garden. The De Lux Suite offers one bedroom with a King Size
double bed, full size mosquito net, en-suite bathroom, with hot shower, bathtub and toilet. All
rooms are also equipped with electric ceiling fans and super silent air conditions. Free room
service is obvious.

Garden Villa

The private Garden Villas are the perfect choice for families or a group of friends. They offer one
bedroom with a Queen Size double bed and one Twin bedroom in the ground floor and one large
Master bedroom with a sitting area in the first floor. The en-suite bathroom with hot shower & toilet
and the fully equipped kitchen are also located in the ground floor. One the private terrace with a
dining and sitting area you can enjoy your breakfast lunch and dinner. If you don’t like to cook for
yourself every day, the Villa Luxury Boutique Resort also offers half board or full board
accommodation. All rooms are also equipped with a super silent air condition.

Note: All rooms and suites are furnished and decorated with well-chosen original African artworks
and furniture. Staying at the Villa Luxury Boutique Resort gives you the feeling of really staying in
Africa, without missing the international standard of a 5 star resort.
