The project is situated adjacent to the International School of Kenya and near to the lands bought by the Ismailia Community for the building of their university. It was especially located in this area for ease of access to the educational facilities and for best resale values.
The project consists of 40 houses on 25 acres of tastefully designed landscaping. The communal areas have 3.5 acres of land with ample parking for guests. The pressurized, solar assisted plumbing system with water sources from two City Council lines as well the bore hole, and the generator backed electrical system provide uninterrupted services to the community. Two staff rooms are provided outside the estate. But the there is an emergency staff unit within the house. In the staff area further extra parking is provided for the house.
There entrance gate is guarded by a contracted security team, while a second gate is controlled by the residents through an intercom main pool also acts as a mote to secure the vast areas of glass which allow the living areas to have a view of the 1 acre garden.
