The country house Podere Monteterzi is
situated in a panoramic location on a hill
overlooking the surrounding valleys, just 4
km from Volterra, quaint and charming town
of Etruscan origins, which still retains its
medieval historical center. Podere
Monteterzi is surrounded by greenery and
perfect place for a holiday dedicated to
nature and relaxation, but it is also an
excellent starting point for visiting major
historical cities and popular locations such
as San Gimignano, Florence, Siena and
Pisa. In addition, the Tuscan Riviera, the
famous Etruscan Coast, is located just over
30 minutes by car.
The apartment made available to the guests
is completely renovated and consists of a
large living room-kitchen divided by a large
arch, two bedrooms (one double and one
with twin beds), bathroom, outbuilding and
private garden with gazebo. Among the
amenities of the apartment, to enliven the
summer hours spent outdoors, in addition to
the pool, there are table football, table
tennis and a barbecue. The apartment can
accommodate four people (five if you also
wish to make use of the sofa bed in the
living room). The price listed is per one
week.
