For the lovers of art and culture, Pesaro is a perfect place to live in: first of all, it is the home-town of Gioacchino Rossini, the famous composer, which created the internationally famous `Barber of Seville`. Thanks to this, Pesaro has developed an artistic culture, which spreads all over region Marche through its Academy of Music, Institute of Art and Rossini Theatre. Taking place annually in Pesaro is a festival of Rossiniane music and also a film festival, for the cinema lovers.

In a deeply cultural environment, you can also enjoy the pleasures of a walk along the beach or along the main avenue, full of fashionable shops from the main Italian brands. As a matter of facts, the Villa enjoys a privileged position, being just 100 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the city center.

The building dates back to the beginning of 1900 and it is characterisrtically built with bricks, as it used to be at that time. It stands on a 205 square meters garden and the total surface of the villa is about 370 square meters of wide and aerial rooms: on the first floor, 3 big bedrooms are placed and each one of them has its own private terrace, where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast during spring or summer.

The ground floor makes people fall in love with this house: the 25 square meters salon and studio looks out directly onto the terrace, which is very luminous especially in the afternoon. The kitchen, placed on the opposite side, also enjoys a nice terrace, where you can eat something with your family, or just read a book in the afternoon shade.

After a first renovation during the `60, the Villa can now be fully renovated in order to make it perfectly match your own needs: you could leave the rooms as they are, or you could even divide the villa into 2 units, thanks to the 2 oppoosite entrances, which characterize the building. This way, you could even get a profit from your Villa, by renting a part of it all year long.

Though deep in the chore of the city, its detached position from the beach, will let you have some peace and silence from the frenzy summer nights of this city, which every day organizes a special event, to let people have fun and do something different day aftetr day. After all, though quieter than Rimini or Riccione, Pesaro is placed in the middle of the popular Adriatic Riviera, the area of entertainment and fashion. All the other popular cities of clubs and fun, like Cattolica, Gabicce Mare, Riccione and Rimini (where a small international airport is placed) are within a radius of 15 and 25 Kms, while more cultural cities can be easily reached thanks to the close highway, which connects the most popular cities in Italy.
