I am selling two residential
buildings (condominiums)
currently under construction in
Torre di Mondovì, Italy, which
together comprise
approximately 20 residential
units/apartments.
The condominiums are built on
land which has the potential to
be converted into building land
(subject to planning
permission). They are situated
in the middle of a beautiful
beech and chestnut forest, just
a few kilometres from the ski
lifts in San Giacomo di
Roburent.
The structures were originally
started by my father in the
1970s. The reinforced concrete
foundations, the garages, and
some of the apartment shells
are still in excellent condition.
I believe my properties might
be of particular interest to
Dutch buyers, as many Dutch
people have bought and
renovated casolari
(farmhouses) and other
properties in this area and now
live here.
I would like to sell them to a
party interested in completing
the development. I will take on
the responsibility of applying to
the Municipality for the
necessary planning permission
to officially convert the land
into building land, thereby
capitalising on the work
completed so far.
