The Palace is localized in a country situated near Pescara twenty minutes far from the sea and thirty minutes from the mountains. The structure is really huge, approximately 3000,00 square meters of covered surface, and 1400,00 square meters of discovered surface that includes an internal court and an hanging garden. The palace rises on the structure of the ancient convent of S. Bernardo of XIV the century constructed from the order of the Reformed Friars of S. Bernardo, adjacent to the S.Bernardo still exitign Church, today completely Baroque. On Napoleon`s period it was confiscated ro the friars and become a noble residence. The palace is developed on three levels outside earth and one burying.
- Road level, with a body centers covered with vaults of bricks, high approximately 7 meters where they arranged the tanks for wine conservation of the wine. From there, there are 2 accesses: from one side to a warehouse that points out on the road, while on the other side it is possible to approach in several underground rooms, like one called ghiacciaia (where they collected ice), and another one that confines with an enormous tank for rain`s collection situated under the centered court.
- Internal court level, with access inside of this and independent external entrances. This level, lived until few years ago, is divided into two real estate units, in discreet structural conditions.
- Advanced level, that corresponds to the Noble floor, with wide rooms, and completely frescoed. The structural conditions are not good so it needs more building works.
- Attic level, in which it is possible to realize other rooms, beyond those already existing, as the roof needs to be repaired.
Then there`s an internal court with lateral porches and an hanging garden. Under the arches there are the old rooms used by the friars that need to be restored.
