6. Then booking agreement will be done after MOU period (25 days) + grace period (5 days) against gross deposit of 30% of total plot value within the grace period of MOU. Then EMI will start.

7. Sale Deed will be prepared on full and final payment.

The 6 Lane Road joins at the end with existing 91B Bus Route Rd. The second campus of WIPRO on 50 acres of land are coming off just besides our Project. From South, the plot can be accessed from Science City through Basanti Highway. This road is frequented with public buses, trekkers and local transit vehicles. The Project is 20 minutes from Science City. Eastern Side of the project has a road connection, approximately parallel to the length of the Project, which is called 91B BusRoad. Western side of the Project has one proposed 4 lane road connection which will connect both the 6 lane and the Basanti Highway.
