Every penthouse is a fully furnished area of 600 sq feet, made by all wooden structure and would have all modular fittings. Owner of penthouse can avail all the facilities available in resort in no extra charges (except food, liquor & spas). And there would not be any extra charges for penthouse owners and people coming with them to resort, you can feel the ownership of entire resort just by purchasing one single pent house.
Also we are ensuring Option No. 1.- 6% assured income or actual whichever is higher Option 2:- 13% fix returns on the total cost of penthouse if you are interested in giving your pent house on rent to us.

After the first installment you can also opt for ADF loan procedure through which entire money (upto 21 lacs) would be funded by the bank, and you just don’t need to pay anything else till possession and after possession when your installments would be starting, you’ll also start receiving earnings from your penthouse which would be Option No. 1.- 6% assured income or actual whichever is higher Option 2:- 13% fix returns on the total cost of penthouse . This earning will not only cover your loan amount but also you’ll get a handsome amount every month. That means no other payment and penthouse worth 28 lacs, would be your in just 7 lacs rupees.
