Between the 15th of April and the 1st of May you will be moving into a newly refurbished flat (ca. 70m², second floor) with one master bedroom, a large living room, a new kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is fully furnished, so that you can move in and start living in this great place immediately. The flat is located in the Pál utcais on a quiet street in the thriving 8th district (Jozsefvaros), near the famous Corvin Cinema, the National Museum, and the Danube is just a short walk away as well as the pedestrian area of Raday street and its trendy restaurants and bars. You will find every service, shops, galleries, museums, restaurants, pubs, super markets, metro stations and buses at your doorstep. The closest metro/tube station is Ferenc körút (150m) and the Main Tram line stop is Baross utca (50m). The flat is extremely quiet with all windows to the courtyard and only few and quiet neighbours. You will have a circular (gas) heating with one or two heaters in every room, large windows which make the flat bright and nice and a parquet floor in the living and bed room! All other utilities/overhead amount to about 25000 HUF a month, but are to be paid by you depending on your consumption. The rent of 350 EUR is to be paid in Euros, but can easily be done by bank transfer. The deposit is two months rent.
