Koukos Villas �` Marjorie, Rosemary, Lavender

This is a complex of three, maisonetes of 120.sq.m. in which:
- in the ground floor are two bedrooms, either with two single beds or with a king-size double bed. Each bedroom have its own private bathroom. Bathtubs are available in main bedroom’s bathroom in Marjorie and in Lavender. The rest bathrooms are with shower.
- in the 1st floor are:
- fully equipped kitchen
- living room with two double coach which each one of them can be converted in two single beds or in one double one, with regular bed mattresses -not pillows- and 40” satellite TV. (In Marjorie villa there is only one couch of this type and two lounge chairs.)
- 3rd bathroom
- fireplace - dining table & chairs, veranda table & chairs
- intern Jacuzzi in Marjorie villa towards the fireplace overlooking the sea
Cooling and heating is covered by heating pumps & fan coils in every villa room.

In the outdoor space of each villa, there is a private pool of 35 sq.m. approximately which is connected with a smaller round pool that can be used as a children’s pool or hydromassage.
Furthermore sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs, portable barbeques are available.

In addition, 8 trekking bicycles (ideal nergetic), helmets and a cycling application with Chania routes, property of Koukos’ villas is available for self-guided chania tours (on extra charge).

Each villa’s wonderful view is sea, olive-trees and their own swimming pools.

Finally there is parking space available.

The complex of the three villas, is ideally located in the resort of Stalos. The beach, restaurants and bars are just a short drive away. The property has panoramic views across the Gulf of Chania and is within easy reach to the National Road, making it perfect for those wanting to explore further afield. The three villas are close each other, making an ideal choice for friends and families who wish to holiday together and retain their own privacy. Villas are close to one of the most well-known villages in the area, where you can find 2 miles of long sandy beach. Agia Marina Beach is very well organized, with sun beds, umbrellas and showers plus is monitored by lifeguards too. The sea has shallow waters ideal for children and the beach is
golden fine sand, the waters are crystal clear and warm. There are several water sport activities like beach volleyball, windsurfing, Kite surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and many others. A mini golf course is a 5 minute drive away whilst close you will find Golden Fun Park with play activities and 10 pin bowling. The waterpark of Limnoupolis is fun for all the family and only a 15minute drive away.

Marjorie

Villa description
Swimming pool, Pool terrace and Sunbathing area Stepping through the patio doors from the bedrooms, you find the private pool which is surrounded by a spacious terrace and flower beds, with a small grass area. There is a portable BBQ and outside dining table and chairs for alfresco dining whilst watching the sunset. Not forgetting the little ones in your party - there is also a separate children`s pool.

Entrance

Entering the front door on the lower level there is a small hallway with 2 doors leading to the bedrooms. A spiral staircase takes you up to the living area with wonderful sea views that will enhance your stay.

Living space and terrace

On the upper floor the open plan living area is a perfect place to relax away from the heat of the sun. The stylish, tasteful furnishings and cool neutral tones with splashes of colour create a really relaxed space. The 2 balconies offer views over the swimming pool and garden with far reaching views across the Aegean Sea.

Kitchen

The contemporary, compact kitchen leads off from the lounge and has 2 dining table and chair sets. It is well equipped for all your catering needs whilst on your holiday.

En suite bedrooms and bathrooms

Both bedrooms are on located the ground floor. The double bedroom is brightly furnished and has patio doors which lead directly out to the pool terrace. Just off this bedroom there is the en suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has quality fittings, patio doors leading to the pool terrace and an en suite shower room. There is an additional shower room on the upper level between the lounge and kitchen area.

Rosemary

The private pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace, paved poolside and garden area. What`s even better is the fact that you overlook the Aegean Sea from the comfort of your own sunbed! For alfresco dining, a table and chairs are placed to the side of the smaller pool, and you have your own BBQ to cook up some tasty treats.
