The building is made from bearing stone and the stonework was strengthened by gunite made from steel.

The outside coating is made with 3 new layers placed on top of each other in an attractive dance floor design from the old days with the aim of maintaining the initial design intended by the original architect when the building was first built.

The foundation was strengthen with the construction of perimetric concrete walls on top of the general concrete.

The old roofing was replaced with a new skeleton frame composed from wood and new thermomonotikes tiles which are high resistance.

The plate of the floor is made from wooden joists and is strengthened by composed wood with sufficient cross-sections. The upper part has been made from synthetic flooring of high resistance.

The plate of the floor of the basement and ground floor is made from reinforced concrete and has synthetic flooring of high resistance.

The outside covering is made up of 3 layers and built from the beginning.

The window frames are from high resistance aluminium with heat control technology and the glasses are double with air gaps.

The inside roofs have all been replaced with partitioning and metal frames. The roofs support all the internal plaster decorations.

The area is air conditioned with Fan Coil for hot and cold. There is also a connection to the natural gas supply system.

The water supply, sewerage and electrical systems are all newly installed.
