The apartment is located in the Acropolis area and has 2 main rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is in a small, 3 stories, apartment building, with 8 apartments. The area is very good and rather expensive, musicians, writers, lawyers and one member of the greek parliament live here. Houses around are limited in hight, due to the small distance to the ancient monuments, so is rather easy to park near the house and the area, although very central, is not crowded and is very quiet. Hill - parks of Filopapou and Acropolis with its pedestrian streets is also close, where is beautiful to walk or make jogging. The flat has a surface of 45 m2, a double bed, a single bed, freeze and electric kitchen, everything needed for cooking and a small electric, not automatic, washing machine. There is central heating in winter and wireless Internet is available. The ideal tenant would be a nice, not smoking person. The house is in a distance of about 7 min to walk to the Acropolis monuments` entrance. There is good connection with the metro at Fix and Petralona and to bus stations Trolley Nos 1, 5, 15, blue bus No 550 and to a lot or busses driving to the coast. One can also walk to Syntagma through Acropolis - Plaka in 25 min and to Omonoia in 35 min.
The flat has 2 entrances, one from the main staircase and another independent from the street. The 1rst room is about 1.5 m. below ground level (which means no special view, but cool in summer and warm in winter) and the second room is about 1.5 m. above ground level, due to the slope of the ground, which is near the Filopapou hill.
