they have already bought Allsun Hotels and the residence complex Zorbas Village at Hersonissos, which
is close to the area where my plot is located. ELOUNDA BEACH is one among others, very famous luxury
hotel. According to factors in the Cretan tourist market, among the strategic choice of the German group
is to gradually make Greece the second main vacation destination in their programs. The German tour
operators have reportedly decided to create a hotel portfolio on popular Greek destinations starting with
Crete, which is timeless bestseller on the German holiday market.
