Very near to the Ancient monuments and museums of Athens, Pagrati offers any kind of dressing,
food, shops, entertainment and recreation areas, large and small parks, keeping you away from
the smog and noise of the capital city. I take the trolley or busses from Syntagma or Academy
which are connected to the airport by metro and train that leave me nearest to the apartment.
Kononos, Filolau, Nikiforidi, Xremonidu, Formionos are very near with transports to anywhere.
Hospital & pharmacy in some steps. The open-market is once a week in Timotheu. Too near! Very
comfortable. Also I can walk till the University Campus. As you see the apartment is at the border
of kaisariani, Vyrona (Rocks Theatre with Athletic fields) & Pagrati.
In front of me its the wooden entrance of the 27 m2 apartment .
The hall is enough to put my library and my desk. The bathroom is opposite the main door.
Enough for a small apartment. After three steps I turned on my left handside to find the kithen. I
can put a table for 3 leaving enough space to pass and my washing machine on my left. On my
right is the main Kitchen. The Sunlight is warming it, passing through two windows and the door.
Ah! A long balcony has a view to the united uncovered with some greenery. Very nice. Eastern,
Sunny & Quite, and green. I return to hall to find the big room. Wise divided apartment, the room
is so big that I can put a double bed and my furniture or a coach bed with armchairs. A wardrobe is
hidden in the wall. A long balcony gives me air and sun with a note of green by the plants looking
at the East as the other balcony.
I think that is a good investment for tourism or jobs. The block of flat is built in 1965 and has few
floors but is in perfect condition. May change the decoration as its of 70s and put some money to
modernize it. I can rent it for the months of my absence so as to have an extra income. Ok I have to
leave now, a summer opened cinema is on the next corner.
So, If you are interested in buying, I can offer decoration solutions to you for free.
