Located in the most touristic part of the Dordogne, close to many famous historic towns like Sarlat, La
Roque-Gageac, Domme and Beynac.
The Glampsite is currently licensed for 6 pitches or 20 people but we have been told that with a few
alterations could be made into a larger campsite. It is to be sold ready to go with 4 large Emperor Tents
and 2 Bell tents , all complete with camp kitchens, beds, bed linen and fittings. Each tent has a table and
chairs and handmade Adirondak chairs.
The pool area consists of a large main pool with decked terrace and children�s pool complete with high
quality sunloungers.
The pool has a sand filter system with new pump in 2021 and all safety regulations / fencing are to the
correct standards.
The shower block was renovated in 2019 and also increased in size in 2022.
There is also a purpose built washing up area with pergola and a purpose built pergola for communal
eating.
3 new fosse septiques ( septic tank ) have recently been installed, one for the shower block, one for the
purpose built washing up area and one for the house.
Every week in July and August, our village hosts one of the largest Marche Gourmands ( night markets)
in the Dordogne.
The Perigordine stone house has lots of character with two bedrooms and a recently renovated
bathroom. The boiler is oil fired and we have recently installed a new log burner.

� We have excellent reviews on all booking platforms and regular return visitors.

� Revenue increases year on year and we have recently partnered with a well established wedding
events company that will increase turnover dramatically.

� Other revenue streams that are possible are spriritual and yoga stays.

This is a business that needs no further outlay, situated in one the most beautiful and touristic parts of
France.
