Hello,
I am looking for a tenant to replace me for
the coming semester. I am currently living in
a big house with 11 flatmates all of them are
foreigners (friendly atmosphere). Location
of our house is really convenient. Only 2
minutes walk from Taipower Building MRT
station. Very close to NTNU, NTU, direct
bus to NCCU. In the neighbourhood is
everything what you need, shops,
restaurants, parks, Shida night market. .
My room will be available on February 7th.
The rent is 6000NTD per month + 2000
utilities (including gas, water, electricity,
WiFi connection, cable TV, washing
machine and a house cleaner twice a
month). Room is quite small but furnished
(bed with mattress, desk, chair, A/C, lamp,
big mirror). Furthermore, in our house are
two newly furnished living room with TV,
sofa, projection screen, kitchen, two
bathroom (not for all tenants, some of rooms
have own bathroom). And as a bonus rent
includes free bike rental and free Chinese
lessons.
