I`m looking for a student to replace me (from
early december, mid december or early
january) since I`m leaving Taipei.
If you are looking for a friendly and cozy
foreign apartment, this is what you are
looking for!
Two others rooms will also be available in
december and january!

I rent my fully furnished double-bed room. It
is equipped with a double-bed, air-
conditionning, night lamp, huge closet, desk
and chair, shelf and basic furniture I have
bought (and that I will let here for you:
blanket, sheet, etc.). My room is in the back
of the apartment so that you will not have
the noise of the street.
It is a nice and newly renovated and re-
furnished apartments into Greek Style with
brand new furniture.

The apartment is located in nearby
Taipower Building Station MRT, Shida
Market (shopping and dining), restaurants,
supermarkets and coffee shops. The
apartment has 4 rooms in the fourth floor
and 5 in the fifth floors. The apartment has
spacious yet intimate common room and
kitchen with ventilation and light.

It is a convenient, friendly, secure, and
leisure living environment.
We have two living rooms, one in each floor.
In the fourth floor, we have a big and bright
living room with a sofa set, overhead
projector where you can connect your
laptop or Ipod, there is also a semi balcony
to hang clothing.
Washing machine in each floor of the
apartment. Kitchen fully equiped too.
Shared bathroom with two other students.

The rent is $11,000 NTD (plus 2 000 for
utilities) All utilities are cable TV service,
electricity, gas and water and also wifi.
So,
(1) 5-minutes walking distance to National
Taiwan Normal University, 10 mins to NTU
(2) Only 2 minutes to MRT Station and bus
stops by walking
(3) Close to Da-an park and riverside park
with bike trails
(4) Famous local night markets, restaurants,
bars, bookstores, shopping stores are all
near your home
(5) Free door-to-door airport pick-up (offers
by the landlord)
(6) Free bike during your rental (offers by
the landlord)
(7) vacuum cleaner in the apartment

The apartment has roommates speaking
English, Chinese, French, Norway and
Dutch and they are full time students. Plus,
a house cleaner come to clean the
apartment every 15 days.

Available from early december, mid
december or early january.
