The Apartment
Covering an area of 65 m2, the apartment has two bedrooms with windows, one double and one twin. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need for a long and comfortable stay: kitchen with microwave oven, fridge and electric oven; bathroom with bathtub; television, electric radiators, air-conditioning, bed linen and towels. Cleaning service is available as an optional extra. The apartment has a capacity of 4-5 people. It is on the ground floor with no stairs and there is a separate entrance directly from the street.

Location: Calle Sant Miquel, on the corner with Calle l`Almirall Aixada
The apartment is located in the Ciutat Vella district just 150 metres from the beach at Barceloneta and minutes from the Gothic Quarter and the Borne area. It is close to metro and mainline stations and just a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you can find the emblematic Ramblas with its extraordinary diversity of human life and famous human statues, the Ciutadella Park, built in the 17th century and regarded as the city`s green `lungs`, and the Olympic Village with its buzzing nightlife along the beachside boardwalk.

Public transport
Metro: The Metro station of Barceloneta (L4) makes a good starting point for any journey in the city and is just a 7 minute walk away.
Buses: bus numbers 17 - 39 - 64
Trains: national and international trains leave from Estació de França, which is just a 10 minute walk away.

The Barceloneta neighbourhood is a great place to stay.
The Barceloneta neighbourhood is one of the best places to spend either a short break or a long stay, whether for families or young people, as it is close to all the areas of cultural interest and night spots, but above all because it is close to a magnificent stretch of beach bathed by the warm waters of the Mediterranean. The area boasts a wide range of facilities, including the Market of La Barceloneta (renowned for its fresh seafood brought in daily from the harbour), libraries, cinemas, a spa, gyms, hairdressing salons, shopping centres and everything even the most demanding traveller might need.
