I invite foreign guests for the FIFA World Cup! I speak in English (I have always worked in international foreign companies with Japanees, Germans, American and European colleagues) and you will feel yourself comfortable and in safety with my friendly support during your travel! I`ll be your guide (necessary adviсe and recommendations). This is new house for a family country holidays in nature, travels and the celebration of joyful vital events in a circle of relatives, friends, colleagues. The house is located near real forest, Lake and sand beach. The house has Russian Bath on firewood, Karaoke, light show, stereo system, LCD TV with satellite television (600 channels) that will allow you perfectly and cheerfully spend time in nature, comfortably to celebrate any joyful event in life. And the Russian bath on firewood with a birch broom and the SPA procedures will help to restore forces and to relax after city bustle.
Location of cottage is in Moscow region on Novorizhskoe (M-9) highway - in 50 min by auto from Moscow/ Spartak stadium is near this highway. We provide our own transportation services for our guests: trips to Moscow to stadiums of World Cup Competitions for our guests at the lowest prices. I can assure you that even living in Moscow it will take you more than 1 hour to get to to stadiums of FIFA and taxi services in MOSCOW are very expensive. Also we have additional catering services: breakfast, lunch, dinner. My house is very popular for foreign guests/ delegations of sponsors for period of Formula-1 competitions for example - conditions of accommodation are very comfortable! Capacity of house is 14+ persons - standard capacity is till 10 persons, the price for rent till 10 persons on the period (11/06/18-14/07/18) of FIFA World Cup is 28000 rub per 1 day, and in case of over 10 persons + additional payment 2500 rub. for 1 person per 1 day. If your team is small or family I`ll give you discount for rent (till 4 persons 15000 rub/day is rent payment) - anyway contact me and we`ll agree on the price for your case/ budget and discount! If the period of rest is long (whole period of FIFA/ Mondial / Mundial /Copo de mundo), the discount can be very significant even for large companies of guests. I will try to make price suitable for my guests! Every year guests to Formula-1 rent my house as location of Moscow raceway is near the cottage - wait you also on Formula-1 competitions (9 km or 15 min by auto!).
In Other periods the price is starting from 10-12000 rub per 1 day depends on the amount of guests, period/duration of rest and character/purpose of rest (events or rest). The house is warm, cozy and comfortable with all necessary amenities. On the 2nd floor: 3 cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have new wooden beds with orthopedic mattresses, sofas, pillows Togas and blankets. 1st floor: large entrance hall with wardrobe for clothes and things, the Room with the fireplace for celebrations and events with kitchen area and large table for holiday feasts, a steam room, shower room with rain shower and toilet. In the Hall there are the disco lights, LCD TV, Tricolor TV, karaoke, music center. The house has new appliances and beautiful dishes: gas stove, microwave, kettle, fridge. Ensured the guests` safety: the area is protected by video surveillance, the house is in/intercom. Near the house there is grill. Next to a petting zoo for children and adults (feeding with hands and bright photos on the memory). The yard has a colored tile cover `a Roman brook`. In the courtyard Parking for 5 cars. The house can accommodate up to 14+. In the organization of weddings, corporate events to accommodate up to 30 persons with accommodation in the neighbouring guest House. The cost of rent include: bed linen, towels, tableware, Russian sauna session of 5-6 hours, aromatherapy oils, birch broom for Russian sauna, free soap, shampoo (all necessary for your comfortable staying in my cottage).
The place is unique - it is a protected clean area near Zoonursery of Moscow Zoo, where different kinds of animals are grown, including exotic and rare (you can find full information on the of the Moscow Zoo). There are a lot of lakes nearby, beautiful sandy landscapes for the bright photo, real forest 30 metres with mushrooms and berries. On the lakes the fishing trip is available all year. If you are fan of Formula-1 and FIFA World Cup, my house is ideal for placement for competitions on Moscow Raceway, we are in 8 km from it - 12 min. driving, for FIFA World Cup fan - 60 min to stadium Spartak and others stadiums. We provide own taxi services for our guests at lowest prices.
