The kitchen is furnished with electro stove and a kettle, with a stovetop, refrigerator and microwave. Electric heater provides shower-bath. Boiler, shower cabin. Western standard renovation, fully equipped.

The apartment is suitable for up to 2-4 persons.

Please note that check-in and check-out from 23:00 to 07:00 are subject to an extra fee of RUB 500.

Pulkovskay 8/4 no less than an hour before your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The property`s representative will meet you for check-in procedures.

A security deposit of RUB 3000 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

To confirm bookings we require one night`s rent as a deposit
To book � pay the cautionary deposit. A deposit equal to one night`s stay is required to reserve the apartment by cart, bank transmits or Western Union transfer.
NOTE: A 3% bank processing charge probably is added to all credit card charges. There are no additional fees, commissions, booking charges, or miscellaneous charges.

The deposit (30 euro or dollar) is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses).
