To book � pay the cautionary deposit .A deposit equal to one night`s stay is required to reserve the apartment by cart, bank transmits or Western Union transfer.

Note: A 3% bank processing charge is added to all credit card charges. There are no additional fees, commissions, booking charges, or miscellaneous charges.

The deposit (30 euro or dollar) is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses).

Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.

Note: Check-ins prior to 2 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day. This may be verified upon request but we cannot guarantee it always be possible
