This Exclusive Villa is in a property with 87 Ha in an untouched region with 9 castles, 30 Cellars of Wine, 9 fantastic restaurants and amazing landscape.

My clients are British, German, Irish, Austrian.

You can check the rates and also our suggestions to spend the stay with the visits around the property (UNESCO cities like Elvas and Évora) and amazing places to lunch or dinner (In Easter or Summer, clients like to diner out and in Winter they like to lunch to profit the good weather outside and be at home near the fireplaces at night).

The item `the villa` has all the house inside and the other items, all the information you need to do the weekly rentals.

So I will wait for your opinion in the end of the day.

The payment will be by bank transfer, less your commission.

The commission will be 20%.
