One Wave Residence is located in Ericeira, a beautiful quiet fishing village. It is famous for its beaches, excellent seafood, constant waves and partying weekends during the summer. It is also famous for being one of four world reserves for Surf.

Our Residence has a total of 12 sleeping places - one bedroom with a couple bed, one bedroom with 2 shared bunk beds and a third bedroom with 3 shared bunk beds; two shared bathrooms, a living room with cable TV, Wifi and a kitchen equipped with basic utilities to prepare your own meals. It has a large garden for barbecues and sunbathing. It is possible to rent individually per bed, per room for small groups or the whole house for a bigger group.

Located 35 km north of Lisbon international airport, our residence is a 10-minute walk from the beach `Foz do Lizandro` and to the village center, which has many restaurants, bars and shops. It is also a 30-minute drive from the beautiful village World Heritage of Sintra.

The rent is € 2,000 per month from October to May.
