Villa W is a spacious villa ideal for families or a group of friends. It has a fantastic courtyard with purpose built BBQ complete with table and chairs to relax and do some al fresco dining. The villa has a choice of covered roof terrace or sun terrace, allowing clients a choice of sun or shade while appreciating the sea views . This is an ideal villa for those who want to spend time relaxing by the poolside, but also be close to all the amenities of the resort.

VILLA:
Entrance through a spacious hallway leading into a good sized living/dining room; ample seating, goodsized Led TV, DVD/CD player, Radio/tape/recordplayer; dining area with seating for 6 and doors to the garden; hallway leads into the bedroom �rea or to the fully fitted kitchen with access to the courtyard complete with a built-in barbecue. Well equipped kitchen, with a large toaster, coffee maker, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine; A double room with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms share a full bathroom; There is a shower room off the kitchen �rea, ideal for a quick shower coming in from the pool �rea.

Please note: there are several ramps around the villa (or a easy access shower) e.g. leading up to the swimming pool making this single storey villa `user friendlier` for those with walking difficulties.
Sesmarias is an urbanisation near the Golf-courses Pinta and Gramacho; private pool villas only. It is a 5 minutes drive to the next beach, the golf-courses and a tennis club with fitness and aerobic facilities. Walking distance to a little supermarket and caf�. There are 5 restaurants within walking distance of the Villa (less than 5 minutes walk) like Donato`s Pizzaria (great pizza and pasta type restaurant).

Just 1.5km from the picturesque seaside village of Carvoeiro, the lovely Villa W is within easy reach of some of the Algarve`s finest beaches and highly rated golf courses. Carvoeiro retains it`s Portuguese character and the surroundings are thankfully devoid of high rise buildings and there is an array of local restaurants, Carvoeiro is a lively fishing village (town) which has become popular during recent years, but still retains its local charm. There are ample shops, a pharmacy, banks, doctors clinic, butchers, bakers and newsagents. Everything you are likely to need!

Numerous safe, sandy beaches with stunning cliffs and crystal clear water give superb swimming and water sports. Nearby are the excellent golf courses, Gramacho and Vale da Pinta (500m to a 1km away and at least 10 golf courses within a 25km) , along with sports complexes like Carvoeiro Tennis Club and Gym, cycling, fishing and the ever-popular aquatic flume parks like the Slide and Splash, Big One and Zoomarine.
The local villa manager will advise and help with all your needs e.g. if you need an urgent fax or email sent (assistance will be provided).

There is a KEY SAFE at the front entrance, so late night or early morning arrival are not a problem nor does it involve additional costs.

Exploring the region:
You can travel by bus, which is the cheapest but the services aren`t too reliable or frequent especially out of season or travel by taxi as the fares seem reasonable to clients from the UK although perhaps the best method is to hire a car (due to the competition, good deals can be found).

The nearest international airport: Faro 50 Kilometres (approx. 45 minute drive or less on the motorway A22)

Short term breaks only available from November to February, Winter lets are also possible: electricity is paid extra.
