DESCRIPTION
Verdizela House is a fantastic V5 house located in the center of Verdizela, a green space next to Blue Coast, Portugal, 5 min of `Fonte da Telha` beach. At a walking distance there is a commercial space, sports park, children`s playground, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy and gym. This privileged location offers easy access to the beach by bus.

Tasteful decoration take their place next to modern furniture and turn this fancy house into a cozy, cheerful and welcoming space to spend wonderful and relaxed holidays.

All bedrooms are equipped to the standards of fine hotels and boast amenities such as bed linens, bath towels and hair dryers.

The living room has amazing natural light and it`s very well decorated with a fireplace and heat recovery; the couch is very big and comfortable. You can also enjoy a nice and warm wooden floor and a beautiful glass table for your amazing dinners with a view to the pool. In the living room you can find direct access to the pool.

The kitchen it`s fully equipped whit gas and electric stoves, deep fryer, electric grill, dishwasher, microwaves, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle and everything you will need for your experiences in the art of cooking Portuguese dishes.

In the pantry you have at your disposal a washing machine.

Next to the pool there`s a closed barbecue area with a barbecue, a wooden table with lintel chairs and a big balcony with a washing sink, ice machine and mini-fridge.

You can also find a private garden/terrace and pool with loungers so you can relax and be able to take your sunbathe and a beautiful waterfall and indoor garden.

LOCALIZATION
Verdizela is a locality on the South Bank of the river Tejo, Setubal district. Their commercial, sports and leisure infrastructures make Verdizela a reference area on the South Bank of the Tagus River, a pleasant location surrounded by forest trails and a reference area for the tourism cycle routes or to scroll through using mountain bike.

About 20 kilometers from Lisbon, lies very close to the sea and has in its vicinity, the internationally known Aroeira golf course.
