.Located in Alvor in the towers of `torralta` this apartment offers you a fantastic stay. Located on the first line near the beach of Alvor with a frontal view spectacular from Prainha beach to Lagos, its extensive golden sandy beach to the East and the small bays surrounded by rocks to West, are ideal for a good rest and for the practice of all the water sports as well as for the lovers of underwater fishing and fishing of great size fish as the swordfish.

Considered one of the 20 best beaches in the world (August/ 2010), by a group of international consortia and published in magazines and newspapers throughout the world. Excellent sand beach clean and crystal clear waters with classification (blue flag). With a long beach, well equipped at the level of infrastructure support. Has a windsurfing school and it is possible to rent surfboards etc.
The Alvor was the first beach in Algarve having `tiralos` (the chairs that help the disabled to go up to the water). The sea is calm and with a mild temperatures. Allows long walks. To walk from the area of the towers until the sandbanks of the `Ria de Alvor` by beach or walkways in the middle of the dunes. Because there are a lot of quiet areas with few people it is also chosen by many naturists for the practice of nudism. This area of the Algarve offers you average temperatures of 18� in winter and 28� in the summer.

50 m from the beach and 400 m from the centre of Alvor village, the location of the apartment allows you during the entire stay to easily get there on foot. You don`t need to use the car so you can avoid problems to park in the centre of the Village. For larger distances you can use your car, the taxi service or a small BUS that circulated continuously through all the towns and cities nearby

Alvor with its protected area of 1400 acres is considered the most important area of the Western Algarve. It is an important place of passage for migratory birds, as well as a place to stay for many birds during the winter months, especially of aquatic birds, which are easy to see.

This village also has a new marina and numerous modern facilities for tourists, and one of the centres most visited tourist attractions. Its typical side remains well maintained, keeping the traditional beaver. Still possible to see fishermen bring in their daily fishery to the wharf. The narrow streets of the old housing countless bars and restaurants are very attractive, as is expected in land of fishermen, the fish are the special dish.
