The Ponta Grande Resort offers the perfect holiday. The luxury townhouse is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with swimming pool, children`s pool, tennis court and a safe children`s play garden. There is an excellent Italian restaurant with very reasonably priced menu, and a charming bar which has frequent entertainment in high season. Wireless broadband internet service is available at the reception area. The resort is very safe with electronic gates for guest access, and there is 24 hour security. The local beach of Sao Rafael is a 5 minute walk, and it won `Best Beach in Portugal` award in 2008. The nearby cliff walk leads to hidden coves and private beaches, has a colorful array of flowers in Spring, and provides spectacular views of the unique coastline. Albufeira is a ten minute drive away and has excellent shopping and good value restaurants. The nearby picturesque marina offers water sports and cruises. The nearest golf course of Salgados is a 5 minute drive. The historic town of Silves, which is the old Moorish Capital of the Algarve, is a 30 minute drive.

Bedroom 2 is on the mezzanine level and has twin beds. There are large fitted wardrobes, complete with safe.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom upstairs has bath, shower, wc, bidet, basin, large vanity unity and mirrored wall.
Shower room on the ground floor has shower, wc, basin set in vanity unit and mirror.
Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen has electric oven and hob, extractor unit, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. It has attractive set of tableware, cutlery and has all essential cooking utensils and equipment.
Living Rooms: The spacious lounge has a marble fireplace and two large sofas (beds). The TV has cable channels. A huge picture window with sliding doors leads to the sun terrace. There is a dining table, six chairs and sideboard. Wall lights and lamps add atmosphere.

The villa has a sun terrace with patio dining table & chairs complete with parasol. There is also a small walled private area outdoors with a clothes line. There is ample parking beside the villa.
The resort has an excellent swimming pool and children`s pool with luxurious sun beds and parasols. There is a tennis court, crazy golf and safe children`s playground set in immaculately landscaped gardens which also include life size chess and draughts boards! The grounds are very safe, with guests using electronic keys to open access gates, with night security in operation also.
There is an excellent restaurant, bar and reception area which has wireless broadband internet available.
For younger guests there is a games room complete with pool, fuzz ball and video games. There is a small supermarket, deli an bakery within a 3 minute walk.

The nearby Albufeira Marina offers cruises, yachting, fishing trips, water skiing, and paragliding for those in need of some excitement and adventure. And for a fun-filled family day, hop in the car for a mere 30 minute ride to water parks like Slide & Splash and Zoomarine, where you can swim with dolphins.

How can you reserve or buy?
The buyer must complete the reservation with at least 60 working days before the first day of vacations required.
All you need to do is request a booking form which must be complete in full.
Upon completion, the form must be returned to consummate the activation of booking.
Once activated the buyer has a period of 8 working days to make a payment of 50% of the total cost of the required week, the remaining payment must be paid by the last day before the start of the holiday week.
If not made the final payment, the week will be canceled and no refund will be made.
The buyer can cancel the reservation and get a full refund if the cancelation is made in the first 8 working days after the first payment.
