DESCRIPTION:
Into the apartment is entering from the
courtyard into the living room where the
stairs to the first floor are.
Next to the stairs is the kitchen, behind the
kitchen is a bathroom, in addition to which
we must pass to arrive at the back of the
house to the backyard and the road.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there are
two bedrooms, one room is looking over the
sea, and it has its own air-conditioning. The
second bedroom is with a small terrace
overlooking to the backyard. It has its own

TOURIST TAX:
- Tourist tax for adults is 1 Euro per person
per day and is paid an additional
- Tourist tax for children under 12 years is
free
- Children from 12 to 18 years pay 50
percent of the tourist tax
RESERVATION WILL BE MADE AS
FOLLOWS:
- 50% shall be paid to confirm the booking
- The rest of the price will be paid on arrival
DEPOSIT
As a security deposit of 200 euros is paid on
arrival and is returning after checking the
apartment on departure.
