Malta capital city Valletta and 2km away from Sliema. Gozo Ferry port in Cirkewwa is 23.8km away (33min
away without traffic via Tul il-Kosta). The penthouse is located in a very quiet area just 15min walk from
the busy streets of ns. A bus stop, a mini market, restaurants & shops are very close by.

Balluta Bay, Spinola Bay, the marina of Portomaso, the quieter district of St. George`s Bay & Paceville
(the islands` principal nightlife) are also very close by. Cinema is located in Paceville with IMAX 3D
Cinema movies. A 10-pin state of the art bowling centre is exactly opposite this cinema.
In the neighbouring Sliema, several boat trips depart from Sliema Ferries. The Grand Harbour cruise
is highly recommended, as is a cruise to the island of Comino. A 10-min ferry ride links Sliema to Valletta.

For family fun, one can find the Mediterraneo Marine Park and Splash & Fun Water Park which are
situated along the coastroad (6.5km northwest of ns). One can also swim with the dolphins and
