I have a big room with a mid-size balcony available from today. rent $4000 mop/month. Management fees
included and maintenance. Anything gets break down, gets fixed free. I have been living in the flat in the
last 7.5 yrs. and the other person left back home last wk. the property has 3 A/C and one bathroom. first
floor. you need to pay 2 wks. in advance no commission. The room is pretty spacious, can accommodate
2 persons easily but I highly prefer One roommate Only. 2 ONLY will be living in the flat. it has Queen size
bed and big balcony to dry the clothes. It is pretty close to the Taipa central Post Office, school of Nations
& Grandmart. All utilities including gas, water & power split up. brand new washing machine and brand
new fridge were bought 2.5 months ago. Usually they are not expensive at all. If you are interested I really
prefer you come & check the rm. yourself to get a feeling. Photos/images do not show everything. I
inserted some few images. I’m an int’l person non-Asian, but I more than welcome any nationalities.
