living room and the luxurious bathroom next to the fully equipped kitchen,
and it climbs up on 2 more levels, which present inhabitants with two
romantic bedrooms and a stunning rooftop terrace accommodating an
open-air dining area and a sitting one for drinks, TV watching, and hot
bath-taking under the sky or the sun umbrellas.
Living Room:
A comfortable big sofa, an elegant classic armchair, the inspiring décor in
warm colours, and welcoming treats invite you to indulge yourself with
cosy relaxation after a day of exploring the town’s rich history and vibrant
culture.
Kitchen:
At the end of the living room, on the right-hand side, you enter the modern
kitchen that blends functionality and cleanliness with style. It is fully
equipped with new appliances, cutlery, cookware; ample cabinetry; and a
table for 6, all of which synthesise a delightful spot to prepare and enjoy
meals, perhaps using the food and drink supplies we welcome our guests
with, if you wish.
Bathroom:
A fine cone-shaped sink, a tall hydro-massage shower cabin, a hygienic
bidet tap next to the sanitised toilet seat, freshly washed towels, and
toiletries await you to enjoy any visit to the brand-new stylish bathroom.
Bedrooms:
The maisonette boasts 2 well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a tranquil
retreat for rest and relaxation. Both rooms are designed with attention to
detail, ensuring comfort and privacy. The bigger one additionally offers a
cute dressing table and a tall floor mirror, while both bedrooms are
equipped with spacious wardrobes and large windows with wooden
shutters for you to either let natural light in or shut it out if you prefer.
Freshly washed linen and winter/summer bed covers and pillowcases add
comfort to safety.
Rooftop terrace:
A specially taken care of highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace.
This recently covered-with-quality-artificial-grass, serene, outdoor oasis
offers views of the town`s terracotta rooftops, minarets, and the Fortezza
fortress that is beautifully lit up at night. It is surrounded by wooden
trellises for privacy and is divided into 2 different parts for you to enjoy:
eating at the big natural wood table with its attached benches and an
electric BBQ standing by; drinking cool beer/wine from our kitchen fridge
while comfortably sitting in the director’s armchairs at the round metal and
mosaic table and watching any movie of your choice online through our
Wi-Fi and the HDMI cable offered for you to connect the wall TV set with
your laptop; sunbathing; or, even better, soaking in the antique, silver
claw-foot white bathtub in a starry night, the ample sunshine, or under the
sun umbrella if you desire so.
