This fabulous Paris rental apartment is very well located in the 17th district, next to the 16th and the 8th, and is two steps away from the Champs Elysées. The Place des Ternes is only 100m further and the Arc de Triomphe just 200m away. The luxury shops stretching down this famous street are waiting for no one but you! Poncelet Street is extremely lively during the day. You will especially love the unique atmosphere of the outdoor market on Poncelet Street, well known and beloved by the Parisians. All the other shops that you could need are very close, such as a supermarket, bakeries, caterer and fish shop. Do not miss the fish shop Daguerre Marée, which is one of the best in Paris.

The closest subway stops to this apartment in Paris are Argentine, Ternes and of course Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Many bus lines also run through here.

Standing

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian building. You will walk through two courtyards before reaching this building. The windows open to a courtyard, which means there is a very quiet atmosphere, in contrast to the bustling outside!

Layout

This 49sqm apartment has two rooms. The entrance hall gives on to the living/dining-room., which is divided into two areas. The first you will enter into is the dining area. It has a small table with chairs where two people can have breakfast. Another table, on the left when you enter, can accomodate up to four people if you use the tray made for it.
The living area has a coffee table, a couch and a sofabed (140x200) where two people can sleep. The access to the bathroom from the living-room is very convenient in this case.
The entrance hall also leads to the bedroom. It has a double bed (140x200), a desk and a large wardrobe. The bathroom, with a gorgeous blue colour, is accessible from the bedroom. It has a walk-in shower, and as said previously, an access to the living-room.
The fitted kitchen gives on the entrance hall, and so does the toilet.
This apartment has been made for four people. It tastefully combines some typically French touches and Asian flavours, resulting in a particularly relaxing atmosphere. You will almost forget you are in one of the most presitigous and most visited areas of the city in your luxury Paris vacation rental.
