The other two rooms are located on the first floor - one with one double bed and the second room with two separated beds. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker) is on the ground floor. Living room with air condition and SAT TV is on the ground floor. One person can sleep in the living room as well on the sofa bed. Bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. Guests can freely BBQ in the garden. Chilling in the green is recommended.

This villa is recommended for families with children or for three couples. Parking place is assured in the courtyard.
