We rent apartment 3* full furnished apartment in heart of Dubrovnik for up to 6 persons with 2 bedroom, and 6th person sleep in large living room big sofa which can be spread and folded at day
apartment has, 90 m2 of living space, plus balcony 10m2 ,
and is rent all year round.

This is my apartment in heart of Dubrovnik Croatia 3km from Old city 5 min by bus

It has among others 3 separate air condition units for summer and winter months, one in each living room, and one in very big living room, just button of remote control have be adjusted from heating now in winter to cooling in summer and vice versa. temperature is so kept as you like no matter which month or season and is included in costs no any extra charge

As said each bed room have separate strong a/c and living room as well, running all night as if have 6 persons or not ,6th person will sleep in living room on large sofa bed , so if more then 5 others will be in 2 rooms, 6th persons persons on large sofa bed sleep in in day room

,and in morning when wake up and set cooling/ heating on max possible in summer 18�C in winter 30�C once you open bedrooms door cooling in 15 minutes as you like whole 90 m apartment in 15 minutes as you feel is comfortable for u no any extra charge,

and i no charge extra then price set up, but to cool/now heat hallway and all apartment , similar parking is free in price set or anything else as in Dubrovnik parking cost 7 US $ a hour 24 hours a day, i gave free and is 1 meters from entrance door from street to garden and 12 steps to apartment.,

I set prices as fer and you are welcome to come and mail me,i work with big platforms on commission so that is reason i set 20 % that you pay now, and its no refundable, if you feel as like this as must keep calendar up to date as work on others platform and then must lock their calendar availability on days of your coming,, its utmost. but only if you inquire 24 hrs i lock all other platform calendars i work with as know will you decide come or not,

It have Master bedroom with 3 separate beds, 2 beds can be easily be joined together into 1 comfortable marriage bed, another bedroom with 2 separate beds, additionally for 6th person, sofa bed is fitted in day room if need and as I say in living room is additional 6th wide sofa bed, day time can be folded as its in corner just to side so no disturbing anyone disturbing anyone as living room is huge , so is kitchen with dining table for 6 persons and all utensils to prepare meals

Big day room with TV, library for your entertainment with many books, and from day room have exit to 10m2 balcony.

Flat rate internet connection, owner provide password to guests for internet and WI-FI unlimited use.

Big separate kitchen, with all needed for preparing and serving food, used also as dining place with big table and 6 chairs.
Hallway.

Toilet and cabin type shower, with bidet, and laundry washing machine is inside.
Apartment is air conditioned as said with 3 separate units,

Garden with corner for barbecue is for guests sure summer but why not in winter as here is no cold never
in the garden below apartment, guests use separate entrance, owner with family live down below on separate entrance.
one car on private parking for guests is secured 1 m from entrance door.

prices for whole apartment in 2107/2018---- for up to 6 adult persons i according month and minimum stay

Winter in Dubrovnik is nice as have some climate unlikely other parts of Croatia, have. not to mention north Europe, sea depth in middle Adriatic here is some 1000 meters as is not in other part west fro here is depth less then 100 meters

This is why here winter is never so cold as sea here gain lot energy, so in winter it is way to release it and Dubrovnik winter is no cold at all. as res of country or Europe, but sure need heating which is in price, so no any extra whatsoever money need to pay

Apartment is 2 km from old historic city 5 min by city bus, and 90 meters from the sea ferry port,where is also harbor for huge cruising ships visiting Dubrovnik , they can be seen from apartment balcony.

Local bus station is just some 20 meters away from apartment, and in Dubrovnik is excellent local air conditioned bus city transportation service as there is lack of car parking and it are paid hourly a lot.

Within 100 meters from apartment you can find some very useful facilities such as, huge shopping mall, 2 pharmacies, 2 ambulances, post office, banks, many restaurants and coffee bars, green fresh market fruit and vegetables market and fresh fish and sea shells market as well as many other shops, agencies for 1 day trips to local islands, Dubrovnik countryside, Montenegro, Medjugorje, Mostar, etc.
Rent a car and scooter agencies.
Some 400 meters from apartment is intercity bus station, used also by Dubrovnik airport shuttle buses, as departure, arriving place from 22 km away Dubrovnik airport, which is completely reconstructed, all is brand new and the very best in Croatia and in this part of Europe as well.
Guests arriving by plane or bus,I will wait with my car at bus intercity station and drive in 1-2 minutes free of any charge to my apartment, as intercity bus station is used by airport shuttle buses

Besides cruising ships,harbor is used by ferry vessels arriving from other Croatian ports and islands, or Italy as well and is just 90m away fro my apartment, so guests coming by ferry I also wait there. Apartment can be seen from place ferry are moored and docked.

There are no stairs to climb to reach my apartment , car can be driven and parked free 1 meter from entrance my private for guests

fact is nearly all Dubrovnik and especially in old town where is common to climb few hundred to 1000 steps to reach apartment and in summer heat it is exhausting experience, besides in old city you will probably spent a night time as it is lot of entertainment there, taking place at night and prices of car parking are higher then apartment cost. Hosts having around and above old city their own parking charge it more then apartment a day, and cars are no allowed enter old city except emergency ones, ambulance, police ect.
Fact is in summer its almost impossible find very expensive car parking, and if you park on wrong place which is not parking your car will be sure tow away, and you will get it back immediately after you pay 200 pounds fine.

Best way is to use excellent air condition while going to old town bus stop just 30 meters from the entrance gate, journey by bus takes less then 10 minutes from here where apartment is and i live down below on separate entrance with family I live.
So anything you need always can come to my place just below balcony.
I am giving guests private parking for free,as here for 24 hours many charge parking, costing more then apartment its next to entrance door.I am giving guests free 1 parking next to entrance door my private.

I advice my guests to leave car at my private parking as around old city parking they will not find, on other parts of city where beaches are they will find parking but around old city certainly not.
Dubrovnik is nice city, certainly among top ten tourist destinations in the world and in summer with so many cars it is better to use local excellent bus service and avoid all this troubles.

Moreover, mainland beaches are about 1 mile away from my apartment, There is ship service few times a day on very close Elaphite islands where small ship are docked just about 100 meters from my apartment are going there, area here is , are is named Gruz harbor, same as area where my apartment is.
From there small government ships owned Jadrolinija company docked, and several time per day you can go there and come back( to three Elaphite islands: Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan)
islands are very beautiful with sand beaches and thick pine threes. Journey takes some 30 minutes to 1 hour depend which island you choose, and beaches there are no so crowded as ones on mainland if you decide to pay visit there what I strongly recommended to you.
Ticket prices are very reasonable, it is paradise indeed.

If your plane, or bus arrive earlier you can always leave your luggage at my place as leaving guest go at 10 am to allow me to clean and change linens and prepare it for you and take a walk to some of many coffee 100m away an as soon as apartment is ready I SMS or mail you to come as its ready, as it have 3 a/c no matter how hot is outside it will cool in 10 minutes after i finish cleaning and open windows to make it nice fresh.

In winter months and summer months all 3 a/c can heat quickly .

Each bedroom have one a/c and third one is in big living room, so you will comfortable time in , winter or summer time when use all three a/c free of any charge

BTW, maximum stay by Croatian law is 3 months, for tourists, by passport required only.
If you are interested in spending autumm, spring summer winter months in Dubrovnik please contact me as climate here is excellent even in winter.

Dubrovnik climate differs from the rest of Croatia and Europe, here it is never cold as in other parts of Croatia or Europe. Reason is that Adriatic sea in vicinity of Dubrovnik is deepest, from the rest parts with depth of more then 1000 meters accumulating heat in summer months and cooling slowly in winter, resulting in nice climate throughout winter months,as is not case in western parts, where Adriatic sea is more shallow with depths of some 50 meters or less, in spring it heats more quickly then here but in autumn it cools also more quickly then here where this phenomenon exist.
In my apartment I have 3 electric A.C. heating now, and cooling in summer. Every bedroom have separate ac unit and living room have as well separate ac unit.

With above offer price for 1 month up to three, you can save considerable amount of money then in colder parts of Europe, and enjoy this beautiful city when it is not so crowded as in summer is exploring its hidden secrets and beauties.
