We are a 10 minute-walk to West Yan An Road (Lu) subway stop (line 3 and 4), 20 to 25 minute walk to Zhongshan Park, Hongqiao and Xujiahui.

One bedroom is 3,750 RMB per month and the other is 3,000 RMB per month. (plus utilities; meals are extra). One month deposit and first and last month rent to move in.)

This is a relatively quiet location, on a side street, but convenient to clothing shops, farmer`s market, wholesale flower market, restaurants, transportation, and right by one of Shanghai s most prestigious roads, the tree-lined Xinhua Lu, with its upscale restaurants, historic lane houses, the largest cinema in the city, the Shanghai Film Arts Center, home to the recent Shanghai international film festival, and very easy biking distance to two campuses of Jiao Tong University.

It`s 25-30-minute bike ride to the Jing An Temple, the Shanghai Stadium and the Longhua Temple, the American Consulate, and 20-minute taxi to Xintiandi and the Bund.
