The electricity must be paid at the end of location.
Cleaning service = extra fee.
It`s 5 minutes from International Guararapes Airport. Great transportation. Restaurants, cafes, 24h supermarket, etc, just on the corner. Perfect for vacation or even short term corporate housing.
You must be a kind and respectful person.
Maximum occupancy = two.
Minimum length of stay = three days.
There is a security deposit ($200) that is refundable at check out provided there is no damage.
