Aynok` is an Arabic word that means `your
eye`, and that is exactly what we intend to
be; `Your Eye` in Egypt.
There are probably millions of people who
own property in Egypt, but live elsewhere.
Regretfully, much of that property remains
unattended, unless the owner has some
friend, relative, or acquaintance who
undertakes, even if grudgingly, to help keep
an eye on their property. The
consequences in reality are too many to
mention, but can include for example theft,
misappropriation, abuse, destruction due to
electricity/water irregularities, etc.
Personal favors aside, Aynok is here to
introduce the concept of Property
Management in Egypt. Aynok is a family
business that was started by a visionary
Egyptian entrepreneur by the name of
Hussein Abushanab, who has more than 21
years of experience in the areas of sales,
marketing, and services in Egypt and
internationally. Aynok has facilities in Cairo
and Alexandria, which comprise its main
domain of services. Extending services
beyond those two major cities, if is possible,
are on request of course. Aynok is also
supported by a growing network of local
contacts and references around the world.
