The local cheese making factory also buys the Jersey cow milk and is eager to buy goat milk when the production is larger.

The farm basically runs itself due to the reliable land manager who speaks English and works part time every day taking excellent care of all the animals and land for a very reasonable salary. He also fixes what needs fixing and handles irrigating the pastures from the reservoir in summer. When special projects are needed he will work full time and can arrange for additional workers if needed.

Three excellent building pads are ready for additional construction, all with beautiful views.

The new studio apartment has lots of natural light and views from the custom glass front door and windows all around. The interior includes custom wood kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and island, and many other custom features. A two-car garage is attached.
