Anaconda Lodge Ecuador is located on an island (totally isolated) in the middle of the imposing
rivers Napo and Arajuno, it is located within the Amazon jungle of the province of Napo in Ecuador
4 hours from Quito. It has 11 rooms, capacity for 30 people, all with private bathroom, 24-hour
electricity (Ambato electricity company), hot water and Wi-Fi. The construction is mixed, wood and
some cement.

The land has 34,081 square meters plus around 17,000 square meters more.

It is sold with everything included, complete restaurant kitchen (kitchenware), complete laundry
room with two washers and two dryers an air conditioner, complete hotel utensils (bedding, towels,
excellent quality mattresses, pillows) as well as tools, a generator of 6,500 watts (in case the
electrical power goes out), a Japanese water pump and a German water pump. It also includes the
name that is registered in the IEPI and the operating permits.

Anaconda Lodge Ecuador has been open since December 2011, and during this short time it has
been worthy of several International and National recognitions:
